410. Albert Henry Hornby⁵⁴³ was born on 29 July 1877. He died on 9 September 1952 at the age of 75. Lived latterly at Nettleville, Killinardrish, Co. Cork, Ireland. Educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge. Played cricket for Lancashire C.C.C., 1899-1914, (Captain, 1908-14). Scored 9,541 runs for the County (8 centuries). Served in the Great War.

Albert Henry Hornby and Esme Georgina Lonsdale were married in 1915. Esme Georgina Lonsdale⁵⁴³, daughter of Thomas Lonsdale and Mary McClintock, was born in 1896 in Llangarron, Ross-On-Wye. She died on 22 April 1974 at the age of 78 in Of Tewksbury, Glos. England. She was buried after 22 April 1974 in Bell's Castle, England..

Educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge. Subsequently in business. Served in 2nd. World War, and was mentioned in despatches, 1941. Taken prisoner in Greece, April, 1941, and was killed in attempt to escape. Unmarried.
513	ii.	Flying Officer Michael George Lonsdale Hornby D. F. C.⁶¹⁷ was born in 1918. He died in 1942 at the age of 24 in Alberta, Canada. Served in 2nd. World War in R.A.F., and awarded D.F.C. in 1942. Killed in action. Unmarried.
