Educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge. Played cricket for Lancashire C.C.C., 1899-1914, (Captain, 1908-14). Scored 9,541 runs for the County (8 centuries). Served in the Great War.

She died on 22 April 1974 at the age of 78 in Of Tewksbury, Glos. England. She was buried after 22 April 1974 in Bell's Castle, England..

Educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge. Subsequently in business. Served in 2nd. World War, and was mentioned in despatches, 1941. Taken prisoner in Greece, April, 1941, and was killed in attempt to escape. Unmarried.
